Established in 2017, our now Institute of Leadership Approved Leadership Pathways Programme, has proved a springboard to progression for many of its participants, with 60% of the 2023 cohort obtaining additional leadership responsibilities/promotion or are leading improvement projects in their organisations!
Over 18 months, the Institute of Leadership Approved Leadership Pathways Programme provides leadership and development training and mentoring to develop your potential and talent. The programme inspires and equips staff to lead high performing teams throughout your organisation.
There are THREE separate Leadership Pathways:
- Early Team Leadership/First Line Manager
- Successful Middle Leadership
- Stepping Up and Succeeding at Senior Leadership
Each Pathway has 3 parts:
- Effective Leadership
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Optional Elective Modules where you can specialise/broaden your leadership profile or lead an improvement project for wider organisational impact.
