On Arrival by Road
Please use the Car Park at Gate I only. The entrance to QE Training Academy is clearly signed and just a 1-minute walk from the car park.

Leave the A1 (M) at junction 47 signpost for York/Harrogate. Follow the A59 (York) for 3 miles before turning left on to B6265 (Boroughbridge). Follow B6265 for 1½ miles watching for the signpost to Thorpe Underwood on the right-hand side. Take this right-turn and follow the road for 1 mile until you come to the car park (Gate I) on your right. |

Leave York via the A59 and follow signs for Harrogate. Continue for approximately 9 miles. On the left-hand side are the A59 services. 1.5 miles after the services, on the right-hand side is the junction to B6265 (Boroughbridge). Turn right and follow the B6265 for 1.5 miles watching for the signpost to Queen Ethelburga’s on the right-hand side. Take the right turn and follow the road for 1 mile (taking care of the sharp bends and oncoming traffic) until you come to the car park, Gate I, on your right. |
Travelling by Public Transport
We are less than two hours from London by train, less than one hour from Leeds by train and less than 30 minutes from York and Harrogate by train. Our local train station is Cattal.
York Train Station is located 12miles south of QE Training Academy and provides regular connections to Cattal. From Cattal, a complimentary shuttle service to the academy is available, when pre-booked no later than 24 hours before the start of your course.
