| 3. Is lunch provided? |

Light refreshments are provided on arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon. For full day a buffet lunch is provided. Please ensure you have submitted any dietary requirements, no later than 2 working days before your course starts, or 5 working days for group bookings/venue hire. |
| 4. Do you have air conditioning? |
| Yes! Please note, in a busy training room it can be difficult to achieve a consensus on room temperature, so even on a warm day, please do bring a layer if you feel the cold! |
| 5. Do you cater for different languages or learning needs? |
| Yes! We endeavour to minimise any possible barriers to learning, please inform us of any need and any known strategies that can support your progress and achievement. Please click here for more information. |
| 6. Is smoking permitted? |
| We are a non-smoking site; this includes our car park. |
| 7. Venue Hire - Can I specify the times for breaks and lunch? |
| Yes! When you enquire about venue hire you will be assigned a dedicated host who will liaise with you to plan the logistics and timings that work best for you. |
