This course aims to develop your leadership potential and talent, by developing your coaching and mentoring skills for improved team leadership, to get the best out of each member of your team.
This Coaching & Mentoring module will involve attendance at two interactive training days, focusing on the following topics:
- Coaching Versus Mentoring - picking the right tool for driving your team forward!
- Practical Skills – refining your techniques in coaching to improve team performance.
- Practical Skills - refining your techniques in mentoring to improve team performance.
- Experimentation and Evaluation - observe and be observed, give and receive feedback to evaluate your impact in the role of coach and mentor.
A certificate of attendance will be awarded to all participants who complete the course.
Whilst there is no pre-requisite training to attend this course, it is the perfect follow-on CPD after completion of our Institute of Leadership Approved Successful Middle Leadership programme.
